Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items in our collections, including:
- Clothing (Dresses, Shirts & Tops, Pants, Shorts, Skirts, Sweaters)
- Coats & Outerwear
- Jumpsuits & Rompers
- Swimwear (with tags attached and hygienic liner intact)
- Accessories (Bags, Handbags, Lumbar Packs, Hats)
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and hygiene of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Jewelry (Earrings, Necklaces, Rings, Bracelets) – due to hygiene reasons
- Any item without its original tags or packaging
- Items that show signs of wear or have been altered
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our style-savvy support team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Exchange options (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, please ship your return to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return package, please allow:
- 3-5 business days for processing
- Additional 5-10 business days for your refund to appear in your original payment method
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference in the new item
- If the exchanged item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
