International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Please note that some Asian countries and remote areas may have shipping restrictions. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every purchase from DailyClothingShop. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Items for Return/Exchange

  • Clothing (Dresses, Shirts & Tops, Pants, Shorts, Skirts, Sweaters)
  • Coats & Outerwear
  • Jumpsuits & Rompers
  • Swimwear (must have tags attached and hygienic liner intact)
  • Accessories (Bags, Handbags, Lumbar Packs, Hats)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • All Jewelry (Earrings, Necklaces, Rings, Bracelets)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items showing signs of wear or alteration

How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our style team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions

Step 4: Processing Your Return

After we receive your return package, please allow:

  • Additional 5-10 business days for your refund to appear in your original payment method

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information
