5.3 International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We cannot predict these charges as they vary by country.

6.1 Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:

• The item is in its original condition with tags attached
• For swimwear, the hygienic liner must be intact
• You follow our return process (see below)

Non-returnable items: All jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets), items without original tags, or items showing signs of wear.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
